Robert co-founded SWS and has over 35 years of experience in utilities, construction, and property. He specialises in business restructuring, management systems, and driving operational performance, with a track record of leading successful growth and exit strategies.
Jon Hunt
Technical Principal
Jon, co-founder of SWS and creator of SWIMS, has over 20 years of experience in software development. With a background in Computer Science, he has delivered innovative business solutions across utilities, manufacturing, construction, and other sectors.

Tony has over 35 years of utilities sector experience, combining operational expertise with IT skills. A long-term contributor to SWIMS, he ensures the platform evolves to meet real-world operational needs.
